About Us

Frustrated with the amount of administration, tedious ordering processes and uncontrolled variances in quality when dealing with disperate suppliers, a group of restaurateurs from Johannesburg decided to take the proverbial bull by the horns and develop their own food supplying and distribution company.

Over 50 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry afforded these men a deep understanding of the real needs of restaurateurs dealing with suppliers in terms of administration, delivery deadlines and quality.

From a single truck supplying the northern suburbs of Johannesburg in 2007, PCK Distributors rapidly grew to over 15 trucks servicing in excess of a thousand happy clients across Gauteng.

We were the first to offer such a wide range of products and we're famous for sleek service, easy admin, consistently best prices and reliable quality. Through our consolidation of suppliers and uniform specifications, store-level operations have been tightened, reducing the amount of in-kitchen labour needed to process restaurant orders. Portion control has also means drastic reduction of in-kitchen because each unit or portion can be accounted for.

We've taken the guesswork out of ordering and simplified in-kitchen activity with our specialist butchery and Ulma packaging plant which seals, vacuum-packs and apportions food to the most exacting standards and accuracy.
